Lowkey Down Under aims to provide you with confidence in purchasing our products and we have perfected our return policy to ensure an enjoyable experience when shopping with us. We understand if garments and other items don’t fit so we will do our very best to accommodate any inconveniences. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please return your items in original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase.

If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, colour or style simply fill out the returns form included in the delivery of your order and return the item to our returns address specified: Lowkey Down Under Returns, PO BOX 1148, Research VIC 3095, Australia. It is important to note that we may or may not have your requested item/size for exchange in stock.

There’s a problem/fault with my item

Faulty products do not include items that have been worn, altered or washed. If you believe the item(s) that you received has a manufacturing defect or fault in any way, send the item to our returns address and upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.
